New and very well kept. Spotless washrooms and shower. Close to beaches. Some dog runs, but not very pet friendly. Nice clean pool.

We stayed there for 5 nights during the Coke 400 race. Great place. Super friendly staff and can't wait to return. Sean is a great host.

Keep on driving! We stayed there on June 30th 2009. What a dump! Looks good until you get past the gate. Stay as a last resort. As mentioned in other post, we concerned about safety. Lots of permanents and looks rundown. Got up at 4AM and left the next morning before daylight.
